各位帮忙看下这段文字该怎么理解

楼主这段文字是从RES 62.21.001中截取下来的吧 这是一个关于高温耐久测试定义
该项试验是针对新的制造工艺是进行考核.对于那些装配的零件也要进行该项测试.
