1. 负责电信产品系统级和板级的EMC设计
2. 负责电信产品系统级和板级的防雷/过压过流设计
3. 组织产品EMC/防雷的测试
4. 评估OEM产品的EMC/防雷性能
5. 支持现场EMC/防雷问题的解决
6. 书写文档及相关技术报告

职位描述(英文): 1. Participate telecom product EMC design in board level and rack level
2. Participate telecom product lightning protection, over-voltage, and over-current design in board level and rack level
3. Coordinate/Lead/Perform EMC qualification
4. Evaluate OEM product EMC/lightning protection performance
5. In-field EMC/lightning protection problem troubleshooting
6. Write document
具体要求(中文): 1.教育程度: 硕士 2.专业: 电磁场微波/电气工程/通信工程
3.工作经历: 至少4年在通信/IT/航空/轨道等行业的相关工作经验
4. 能力:
4.1 了解基本类型的EMI的本质；
4.2 有过运用EN300386, EN301489-1, IEC61000-3-2, IEC61000-3-3, IEC61000-4-2 至 IEC61000-4-12, CISPR22, CISPR24, GR1089, FCC part15 ，以及相关国家标准进行产品设计的经验
4.3 熟悉EMC测试仪表原理，熟练使用电子测量基础仪表
4.4 会使用PCB工具（如Mentor）及EMC仿真软件（如SIWAVE） 更佳
5.计算机水平: 熟练使用word、excel、powerpoint、outlook等office工具
6.语言能力: 流畅的中文和英文听说读写能力
7.其他要求: 良好沟通能力

具体要求(英文): 1. Education background: master 2. Major in: EMF&Microwave/EE/telecom
3. Working experience: at least 4 years working experience in telecom/IT/aerospace/railway industry
4. Competencies:
4.1 Know the nature of basic types EMI
4.2 Have the experience of taking most of the mentioned EMC standards into design, such as EN300386, EN301489-1, IEC61000-3-2, IEC61000-3-3,and IEC61000-4-2 to IEC61000-4-12, CISPR22, CISPR24, GR1089, FCC part15 and relevant China national standards
4.3 Familiar with EMC test facilities and other basic instruments
4.4 Candidate who is able to use PCB design and EMC simulation tools is prefer
5. Computer skill: skilled use word, excel, powerpoint and outlook
6. Language ability: fluent Mandarin&English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill
7. Other requirements: good communication skill
