前R&TTE 所公佈之Harmorized Standard中的EN 300 328 V1.4.1 /V1.5.1 /V1.6.1都可使用,
而 EN 300 328 V1.6.1與EN 300 328 V1.4.1之版本如下:
1. 5.7.2 Effective radiated power(5.7.2 Equivalent isotropic radiated power-EN 300 328 V1.6.1):
在EN 300 328 V1.6.1版本中Peak Power之部分無限制且不需測試,只需要測試Average Power,因此此項之部分
對於IEEE 802.11G(OFDM)之部分較為寬鬆,功率值不受到Peak Power(23dBm)限制而無法調高功率(OFDM之Peak與
Average之功率差為6-8dB之間)
2. 5.7.3 Maximum spectral power density:
在EN 300 328 V1.6.1版本中測試之設定與EN 300 328 V1.4.1及EN 300 328 V1.5.1有所不同如下所示:
EN 300 328 V.1.6.1中無定義RBW設定為 DSSS(OFDM)or FHSS都為1MHz如下所示(更正與之前法規相同為100kHz):
centre frequency: equal to the signal source;
resolution BW: 1 MHz;
video BW: same;
detector mode: positive peak;
averaging: off;
span: zero Hz;
amplitude: adjust for middle of the instrument's range.
EN 300 328 V1.4.1及EN 300 328 V1.5.1之設定如下:

resolution BW: 100 kHz for FHSS, 1 MHz for DSSS;
video BW: same;
detector mode: positive peak;
averaging: off;
span: zero Hz;
amplitude: adjust for middle of the instrument's range.

在EN 300 328 V1.6.1版本中測試之設定與EN 300 328 V1.4.1有所不同如下所示:
- resolution BW: 100 kHz;
- video BW: 30 KHz;
- detector mode: positive peak;
- averaging: off;
- span: 100 MHz;
- amplitude: adjust for middle of the instrument's range;
- sweep time: 1 s.
EN 300 328 V1.4.1之設定如下:
resolution BW: 100 kHz;
- video BW: same;
- detector mode: positive peak;
- averaging: off;
- span: 100 MHz;
- amplitude: adjust for middle of the instrument's range;
- sweep time: 1 s.
4. 4.2.1 FHSS Modulation:
在EN 300 328 V1.6.1之版本中對於FHSS之部分有AFH(Adaptive Frequency hopping)之功能,針對
Channel之要求如下所示:

b) at least be capable of operating over a minimum of 90 % of the band specified in table 1, from which at any given time a minimum of 20 channels or hopping positions shall be used.
For both cases, the minimum channel separation shall be 1 MHz, while the dwell time per channel shall not exceed 0,4 s.
