SUMMARY
Take the major responsibility for EMI/EMC design for Server, Storage, and POS projects. Provide necessary inputs regarding EMI/EMC design constraints to electronics designers for system EMI/EMC compliance. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within *** Circuit by harnessing new technologies and methodologies. Provide exceptional support to external and internal customers, team members, and other persons through technical project coordination.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
    Lead and be responsible for system level EMI/EMC compliance design, layout constraints preparation.
    Lead and perform system level’s EMI/EMC analysis using EDA tools.
    Lead and Cooperate with other EMI/EMC test engineer to develop EMI/EMC test procedures, and test pass/fail margins.
    Oversee EMI/EMC testing and write the final report.
    Contribute to the design trade-offs and evaluation of mechanical, electrical, and thermal performance of both components level and system level
    Cooperate with electronics engineers for EMI/EMC issues & Lab debug
    Keep abreast of the latest technology and techniques to provide designs that are competitive and cost effective.
    Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent) with master's degree preferred, with 3+ year related experience in PC/Server/Storage EMI/EMC design/test。
    Experience on EMI/EMC design, filter design including passive and active filtering
    Proficient with board level’s reflection, x-talk, ground bounce, bypassing techniques for power/ground noise reduction.
    Proficient with CAD tools such as CST and HFSS
    Excellent Lab experience in testing and Characterization with tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer, power meter etc.
    Solid knowledge of transient protection techniques for power line transients
    Solid knowledge of transmission line, antenna, wave theory.
    Preferred Knowledge
    Experience of working in medium sized multidisciplinary development teams
    Good English Speaking and literacy
    The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual capable of working with a minimum of supervision in a dynamic team environment. Good interpersonal skills: be able to communicate in English with members of other teams, departments and clients; as a high degree of liaison is needed.

是不是上海的捷普，如果是的话，完全符合楼主的这些要求可以提供多少米呢，如果是这个标准的话，没有20W（税后）我建议任何人都不要去。着所有的要求都不是很低的，没有8年，还要非常努力，完完全全的有机会才能达到这要求，我看一般的外企不能给这么多

保守地说99%是捷普，因为描述几乎一字不差。这要求是真够高的，能完全达到要求的人估计不会多。不知道他们做什么产品的，有没有人比较了解捷普的？

他们是做服务器的部门，老实说，像我这样的还看不上，说非要做服务器三年以上的不可。就是美国的代工厂，比富士康稍好一些，考代工为生。其他的就不晓得。
