泰国NTC
New Regulation of Thailand NTC for Purchase Labels Since 1 Sep 2009, if the client needs to purchase labels, it needs to provide documents of shipping invoice and copy's receipt of Thai customs. That means the goods have to be shipped to Thailand before purchasing the labels. Otherwise, NTC doesn’t allow label purchase. This is the latest regulation.
泰國NTC自2009/9/1開始要求，廠家需先將貨品運送至泰國後，除了提供證書，還需提供Shipping invoice與泰國海關的收據，方能購買標籤。（只有Class A與Class B產品才需要購買標籤）

越南 MIC
Vietnam MIC applications request to provide labels with ICT logo

越南MIC現在要求廠家提出申請時，必須要提供產品標籤，且標籤上必須有上述標誌。
