标准中有段“When an ESD generator is supplied from an external supply source (a.c. or d.c.) or controlled by a separate unit and this/these cable(s) is/are not combined (bundled) with the ESD generator discharge return cable, unintended current can flow through this/these cable(s).”不知各位大侠如何理解，谢谢！
