专家系统作规则检查比较好，分析工具作细节上的分析计算比较好

二者可比性不大，也不能相互替换完毕

PCB Expert System Software 我知道的是cadence emc control ，和rule checker 相比
check项不同，另外一些checker项需要进行基本的信号仿真完成

哪个更best ？不知道
