  VCCI 是日本的电磁兼容认证标志，由日本电磁干扰控制委员会 (Voluntary Control Council for Interference by Information Technology Equipment) 管理，根据 CISPR 22 评估信息技术产品是否符合 VCCI 要求。

日本目前没有抗扰度方面的标准，但计划将在未来几年内由新近成立的 JIS/EMC 标准制定委员会引用 IEC 61000 系列标准，制定出有关 EMC 抗扰度方面的标准。

JAPAN VCCI是非強制的，但是日本MIC（RF）可就不一樣啦！

Marking injunction is subject to a two year penalty.
Under the SDoC system: A marking injunction--when there is a possibility of recurring violation—will render the label found in violation invalid (which will result in the inability to legally market and or sell the product) for a period of up to two years; Violators will be subject to imprisonment for a term of up to one year.
Upon discovery that terminal equipment or a wireless facility processed under either the SDoC or Certification/Approval Systems is: inconsistent with the design of original product; or has the possibility of causing harm to a human body; or causes interference and or disturbs another facility or other equipment; and an order for necessary resolution by a general affairs Cabinet minister is not obeyed then violators will be subject to imprisonment for a term of up to one year and fined up to 1,000,000 Yen. Under Radio Law 110th Article 8 and Business Law 181st Article 1.
Corporations who are found in violation of Radio Law 110th Articles 8 and 9; and or the Business Law 181st  shall be fined up to 100,000,000 Yen. Radio Law 114th Article 1 and Business Law 190th Article 1.
Upon being found: outside of regulation; or to file a false report and or falsify a report; or to refuse, obstruct, or evade an admittance inspection; or the non-preparation of records or falsification of records violators will be fined up to 300,000 Yen. Radio Law 113th Articles 7-10 and Business Law 188th Article 8-9.
