Technical Manager (EMC)
Job description:
Responsible for the technical operations of laboratory and provision of resources to ensure the required quality of laboratory operations.

1. Provide general management of company activities and manage the Lab Quality System in compliance to ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
2. Maintain and Identify existing and potential customers to increase customer base.
3. Account for financial performance and test services Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
4. Ensure Efficiency and Effectiveness of LabOne test services and staff productivity.
5. Define and implement training programs, endorse employee pay and promotion, and manage employee performance through the evaluation and ranking processes.
6.Assume full ownership for Internal and External Audits, Surveillance Assessment visits, Corrective Actions, and Documentation required to maintain test laboratory in compliance to ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

Requirements:
1. Degree in electronics or equivalent with 2 years managerial experience.
2. At least 5 years of EMC experience and knowledge of ISO 17025 is essential.
3. Knowledge of Lab accreditation system is advantageous.
4. Must posses a team player spirit with good communication and management skills.
5. Must have strong focus on staff morale and service quality level.
6. Strong desire to build a business with sustainable growth and profitability.
7. Conversant in both English and Chinese language.


EMC Test Engineer 电磁兼容测试工程师
Job Description:
1.The key contact with customers on test requirements, test plans and schedule.
2.Assist customers in developing the test plan.
3.Responsible to review & approve test report and equipment verification result to ensure its compliance with the relevant test standard and procedures.
4.Provide training to test specialist to meet the technical competency requirements.
5.Continuously seek improvement on the operational effectiveness and efficiency.
6.Manage equipment procurement, setup, calibration and maintenance processes.
7.Implement and review the test procedures regularly.
8.Provide advice on Technical matters to the engineering team and customers.
9.Other responsibility as delegated by superior.
主要职责:
1.主要负责搜集客户需求,并制定相关测试计划；
2.协助客户测试计划的制定及推进；
3.负责测试工作的组织实施,审核测试结果及测试报告,确保各项检测符合行业标准及流程（ISO17025）；
4.对测试专员进行培训,确保人员符合岗位任职要求；
5.不断提高测试员业务水平、测试效率及质量；
6.负责所有测量仪器设备安装、调试、维护、保养的管理工作；
7.检查测试流程的执行情况，定期提交分析报告；
8.为内部技术团队及外部客户提出问题处理建议；
9.完成上级交办的其他事项。
Requirement:
1.Degree in Electronics/Telecomms or equivalent.
2.Min 2 years relevant experience in EMC testing.
3.ISO17025 lab quality standard – familiar.
  Climatic test – experienced.
  Climatic chamber maintenance – familiar.
  Customer pre/post sales - familiar.
4.MS Office software – familiar.
5.Diligent; honest; eager to learn; eye for detail; investigative mind.
6.Language – Mandarin; English.
  Good communication skill and teamwork.
  Ability in problem solving
岗位要求:
1.电子、电讯相关专业大专以上学历；
2.二年以上EMC相关检测经验；
3.熟悉ISO17025实验室标准；熟悉温度测试，熟悉温控箱等实验设备的维护管理；熟悉客户推销及维护；
4.计算机操作熟练；
5.严谨务实，勤奋忠诚，具有较强的学习创新精神，关注细节；
6.英语良好，具有较强的沟通协调能力及团队协作精神，具有较强的解决问题能力。
