• Full responsible for all routines related with Test Lab on site test and quality system.全面负责实验室现场测试和质量体系相关事宜。

Lab quality system and test operation:

实验室质量体系与测试执行

• Lead Test Laboratory Process flow to manage test request lifecycle, produce reliable and precise data, schedule and quotation. Authority to release test report in PDM.主导实验室测试流程以管理完整测试过程并提供可靠精准数据、排期和报价。被授权在  PDM   系统批准测试报告。
  
  

• Responsible for tests operation as per test procedures, requests and customer instructions.依照测试步骤，要求和客户指令负责测试执行。
  
  

• Define and follow work plan. Responsible for overall TR schedule and report quality.制定并跟踪工作计划，并对测试申请的整体日程和报告质量负责。
  
  

• Lead team meetings to ensure that all issues are coordinated and schedules are met.主导团队会议确保问题的协调解决且满足日程要求。
  
  

• Participate in global meetings to cooperate well with related technical functions.参加全球会议，与其他技术功能合作。

Global EMC Technical Leader

Scope of Position

• Full responsible for all Global ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Technical jobs.
• Set and maintain EMC tests global technical platform.
• Coordinate global EMC team resources, manpower and implement local EMC test schedule.
• Follow and practice Test request/report quality management and process control.
• Involve in and support global equipment management team for EMC test related equipment.
  
  

Responsibilities/Authorities

Global technical platform：

• Ensure tests executed follow test specs, test plans, and confirm test results consistency across global electronics labs.
• Provide guidelines to global test failure forecast, failure analysis, failure debug and solution review.
• Lead global EMC team weekly meeting to review technical issues such as technical findings, test experience sharing.
• Lead global technical document preparation and review such as work instructions, test plans,test procedures per customer and product specification, DVP, and DFMEA.
  
  

• Lead interlaboratory study procedure review and confirm ILS results consistency.
  
  

Global resources coordination:

• Response to urgent test requests and utilize global resources to limit risk of interruption in test lab flow.
• Responsible appropriate scheduling and distribution of electronics testing workload for global EMC team.
• Ensure for EMC team test schedule and monitoring test status to ensure test schedule are followed.
• Participate in team meetings to ensure that all issues are addressed, schedules are met, and provide global system engineer team the status of project progress.
  
  

Test request quality control:

• Responsible for A2LA, OEMs, and internal audit according to ISO 17025 to EMC test activities, includes but not limited to preparation, customer feedback, deviation/findings follow up and corrective/preventive actions etc.
  
  

• Participate in internal and external customer meetings to ensure customers’ technical requirements are fulfilled.
• Review test procedures, analyze test results, approve test reports to ensure quality of results.
• Update & improve test lab quality documents (includes procedure/process) and monitor the implementation of quality processes.
  
  

Equipment management:

• Follow up test lab equipment maintenance with team on daily or weekly basis.
• Analyse equipment capacity and capability, lead global EMC new equipment purchasing.
  
  

• Follow up test engineers to complete equipment verification process.
• Monitor the usage status of global EMC equipment vulnerable parts, the stock of laboratory consumables, and make purchasing supplements based on demand.
• Assist in-house/external calibration to test equipment in global labs.
  
  

General work:

Position Specification

Qualification

• Bachelors or above of Applied Science of Engineering.
• More than 8 years’ automotive electronics parts’ testing experience.
• iNARTE certification of EMC engineer.
• Certified Six Sigma green belt.
• Mandarin (mother tongue or equivalent proficiency).
• Advanced English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill.
• Assessor certification of ISO17025 certified by CNAS or A2LA is preferred.
  
  

Key Knowledge & Skills

• Extensive knowledge and proficient in operating automotive EMC test equipment.
• Experience in ISO17025, HSE and 5S.
• Knowledge of Measurement uncertainty.
• Familiar with analog circuits and can read circuit schematics.
• LabVIEW experience is preferred.
• Excel VBA experience is preferred.
• Python experience is preferred.
