esd目前有三种材料。压敏电阻。TVS管。树脂类。前面两种达不到你的要求。
• Varistors (MLV):
– Provide almost no protection
• High trigger and clamping voltages
• High dynamic resistance
– Degrade with a only a few strikes
– High Capacitance, and Capacitance varies part to part,
introducing skew and EMI issues
• TVS:
– Low trigger and clamping voltages, BUT
– Big Size
– Easy to be damaged, short circuit after
• Multiple ESD strikes
• High transient over voltage events.
